Using quality local and Scottish produce.  Wherever possible and when in season, we use top quality local produce from the Highlands and in Scotland in general for our breakfast menu.   Free range Farmlay eggs from Aberdeenshire (and bought locally) are used in all cooked breakfasts.  Our jams and marmalades are all homemade by John using Scottish fruits when available.  Unfortunately, we are unable to grow Seville oranges in our Scottish climate!  Freshly made filter coffee, a selection of Fairtrade specialist teas – decaffinated available.
